QA Engineer – Functional & Automation

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, Principal Engineers, and Developers in an Agile environment.
• Design, develop, and review test strategies and test cases for various applications.
• Analyze new features and change requests to assess testing scope and needs.
• Participate actively in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and help define best testing practices within the team.
• Oversee bug tracking, test prioritization, test automation, and release validation activities.
• Perform functional design analysis, workflow analysis, use case analysis, and data / process modeling to support software quality.
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts, including test planning, defect analysis, test strategy creation, QA / UAT coordination.
• Create reports and analyze data to provide accurate test summaries and quality metrics.
• Continuously analyze and improve QA / testing processes.
