Peppr. (Meituan's subsidiary for Restaurant Management System business in the US) is empowered with the mission to take on new markets globally and help restaurants around the World grow faster with the support of advanced technologies.

Job Responsibilities
- Requirements Mastery : Utilize various methods, including surveys, workshops, and one-on-one sessions, to gather detailed requirements from restaurant merchants.
- Collaborative Analysis : Work closely with the product team to execute detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for restaurant onboarding.
- Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the system implementation phase for restaurant merchants.
- Project Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of onboarding projects, showcasing strong project planning and organizational abilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and implementation of client-specific solutions.
Experience / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least two years of work experience in product operations or a related field.
- Vital project planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
