About the Role

This position exists to identify and evaluate potential acquisition or partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.

You will conduct due diligence, negotiate deals, and manage relationships with partners. Your role is vital in expanding the company's portfolio and driving overall business growth.

Responsibilities

Acting as a principal liaison for LexisNexis’ portfolio of Print content alliances, representing LexisNexis at an executive level

Identifying and creating new strategic relationships between LexisNexis and targeted content providers with the company’s vision and long-term strategy in mind

Driving profitability of the portfolio

Managing contract renewals and renegotiations as necessary

Working cross-functionally to ensure that contractual obligations are met and that all parties realize maximum growth and achieve strategic objectives

Requirements

Experience in negotiating and executing corporate partnerships and licensing agreements

Possess diplomacy and solid business judgment in difficult situations

Be able to represent LexisNexis at an executive level which requires excellent interpersonal skills

Possess excellent negotiation skills and / or sales techniques

Have excellent written and verbal communications

Possess general knowledge and experience in developing business relationships

Have in-depth understanding and experience of the entire range of LexisNexis technologies, products, services

Possess versatile communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate

Have proven problem-solving skills

JD or MBA preferred
