Organizational Change Management Lead

A company is looking for an OCM Lead to manage organizational change and communication efforts for a project transitioning stakeholders to new business processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead change management activities and document methodologies to support stakeholder adoption

Craft and deliver communications for diverse stakeholders and facilitate a Stakeholder Advisory Forum

Conduct impact analyses, support training efforts, and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management

10 years of experience in communication within OCM

5 years of project management experience

10 years of experience in training program design and end-user readiness assessment

Experience managing resistance and driving adoption in complex environments
