Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of vendor invoices and payments with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. This position requires strong organizational skills and hands-on experience using Concur, Great Plains, and / or Steelcase accounting systems.

Success in this role depends on maintaining accurate records, proactively resolving discrepancies, processing high volumes of invoices each month, and providing excellent communication with vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in navigating complex, multi-system accounting environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Invoice Processing & Coding

• Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices ensuring proper coding, approvals, and documentation.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts as applicable.
• Ensure accurate expense allocation across departments and projects.
• Maintain compliance with internal approval requirements and accounting policies.
