Job description
A company is looking for a Vice President of Service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop high-performing service teams to enhance customer experience
Drive revenue growth and improve profitability through strategic service delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize service models and launch new offerings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in service teams within healthcare or related industries
Proven track record in managing service delivery operations and owning P&L
Expertise in building customer loyalty and improving service quality
Strong skills in process optimization and operational scaling
