Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Documentation Specialist to support a

• content migration and standardization initiative

This role will work collaboratively to export articles and documentation from the global platform, convert them into Word format, and revise content to align with branding and standards (e.g., updated logos, removal of BSL references, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :

Access and export content from the global UKG platform (e.g., UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Ready)

Convert exported documentation into Microsoft Word format.

Review and update documents to ensure alignment with branding and terminology.

Transfer content into a centralized internal repository, maintaining consistent metadata, taxonomy, and file structure.

Conduct quality assurance checks to validate content accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with internal

teams

Design and implement request forms for internal ticketing systems (e.g

Maintain documentation

standards and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and digital rights requirements.

Required Qualifications :

Experience with UKG platforms or any like platform

(UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Ready), particularly in content or document

management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Technical aptitude in

navigating digital platforms, repositories, and file systems.

Proficiency with

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.

Excellent written communication skills for documentation and form creation.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience in content migration or digital library management within

Familiarity with internal ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.

Understanding of metadata standards, digital rights, and compliance requirements
