Part-Time Wine Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking ambitious, outgoing and articulate self-starters to help grow our stellar sales staff. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, a quick learner and has an aptitude for processing and managing information and technology. As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you will generate sales from wine consumers who have an established relationship with our client wineries. We will train you to provide customers with information and advice on wines that match their taste profile and busy lifestyle. You will keep them in stock of their favorite wines and introduce them to new wines, special releases and other winery activities.

We talk with customers who, for example, have visited their tasting rooms, joined their wine clubs, and/or signed up for their mailing lists. These warm leads enable us to have personal conversations and sell as much wine as we possibly can while strengthening the relationship between the winery and its customers. We represent many prestigious winery clients across the industry, from Napa and Sonoma counties in Northern California, the Central Coast and Southern California, as well as in Oregon and Washington State. Requirements:
- MINIMUM of 1-3 years of Call Center Sales experience
- No wine industry experience required (we will train you!)
- Ability to overcome objections and close sales
- Excellent verbal communicator
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience is a plus
- Reliable high-speed home internet
- An area where work can be performed uninterrupted
- Must be able to work the following hours (hours are non-negotiable) from your home office:
Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 5:30pm
During Daylight Savings (Nov - Mar) hours are 2:30pm-6:30pm
