Accounts Receivable Clerk

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Process and record accounts receivable transactions accurately

Maintain customer files and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Reconcile customer accounts and support continuous process improvements in AR operations

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
