A company is looking for a Customer Success Strategy & Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute strategic initiatives to optimize customer engagement and collaboration processes Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions using process improvements and automation Drive modeling, forecasting, and business review functions in collaboration with the Finance team Required Qualifications 5+ years in an Operations and / or Strategy role focused on Professional Services or Customer Success Experience in technology-enabled business process transformations with a focus on AI and automation tools Expertise in analyzing large data sets to inform strategy and decision-making Deep knowledge of Professional Services and Customer Success processes and metrics Direct experience with a SaaS business model and core KPIs in a high-growth environment
