This is a staff position covered by AP’s agreement with the News Media Guild.

Responsibilities As a journalist working on live blogs, you\'ll play a pivotal role in creating real-time news content for online platforms and guiding news consumers to APNews.com.

Reporting to the news editor for live blogs, you will prioritize the creation of live blog content that resonates with online audiences, ensuring it is informative, visually appealing and engaging.

You also will assist with coordination from major events, breaking news, awards shows, political speeches and daily news updates.
