Senior Director of IT

Role Overview : As Senior Director of IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's technology landscape and driving strategic initiatives, including the implementation of an ERP system and an eCommerce platform.
You will lead a talented team of IT professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of key projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of the ERP implementation project, from vendor selection to post-implementation support.
- Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive eCommerce strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to project goals and objectives.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and service providers to support IT initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (7-10+ years) in IT leadership roles, with a focus on project management and strategic planning.
- Extensive experience leading ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
