We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our company is a leading aerospace organization with a reputation for quality and innovation.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer queries via email / phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer orders (including contract reviews) and confirm orders with customers.
• Provide customers with PO status and other order updates.
• Provide customers with RFQ via email and customer portals.
• Obtain shipping labels / instructions by contacting customers or via customer portals.
• Manage Sales email box and reply to emails promptly.
• Scan and attach daily shipment paperwork to sales orders using barcodes / scanning solution and confirm they are attached as required.
• Provide invoices to customers via email and / or submitting on customer portals, including Advance shipping notification as applicable.
• Share in miscellaneous office duties with team - copier / printer, answering phones, mail management and others as required.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with scanning and barcoding solutions.
• Detail oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of the aircraft or aerospace industry is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Torrance, CA.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Wage between $20 per hour depending upon experience.
• Excellent benefits package, including 10% 401k Match.
