Our full-service, privately owned small animal hospital offers a range of services including traditional medicine, vaccinations, preventive care, and holistic options, all while fostering a dedicated and enjoyable work environment.

We are seeking a warm and organized Animal Care Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and demonstrate compassion and empathy, particularly during sensitive situations such as euthanasia. In this essential administrative role, you will :

• Check-in animal patients, gathering and verifying pet and owner details
• Maintain accurate records and schedule appointments
• Process payments with precision
• Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and text
• Prepare prescriptions and provide clear after-care instructions
• Educate clients on pet nutrition, insurance options, and financial procedures
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed
• Participate in housekeeping duties to maintain a welcoming environment

While prior experience in veterinary medicine is beneficial, we are excited to train the right candidate who exhibits excellent customer service and proficient computer skills.
