You will also work closely with preconstruction, estimating, and design teams to guide projects from conceptual planning through closeout, shaping both project strategy and execution.

What You'll Do :

• Lead high-profile food, beverage, and cold storage projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, regulatory standards, and company expectations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and procurement processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government agencies, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentor and develop on-site leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Implement best-in-class processes and systems for quality, safety, and operational efficiency across multiple projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level client communications, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
