About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Bench Technician to join our tech repair team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and staying up-to-date with the latest devices, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
- Perform virus and malware cleanups.
- Clone hard drives and image computers for deployment.
- Replace screens, batteries, and internal components.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Learn to remotely diagnose and resolve printer and scanner problems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.
