This 6-month Accounting / Finance Internship provides exposure to the inner workings of finance and accounting, equipping you with the technical and supporting skills to succeed grow in your career.

This internship supports the Finance team to strengthen the organization's financial integrity, business processes, and system of internal controls by working on financial projects and providing accounting support, insight, and recommendations.

Key Learning Goals :

• Expand Accounting Fundamentals - Learn the monthly and annual accounting cycle by completing account reconciliations and supporting schedules, accounting entries, and financial reports to develop core accounting skills
• Continuous Improvement - Engage in process improvement initiatives, including software implementations, internal audits, policy / procedure documentation, and internal control assessments. Learn from experienced professionals how to make a difference and get noticed.
• Build Critical Skills - Being a finance whiz takes more than crunching numbers. Goals will be developed to help you sharpen the soft skills crucial for success, like project management, collaboration, and business communications.
• Build an Impressive Professional Network - With hands-on training and mentorship from your team, you'll develop connections that will support your career growth.
