The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in Idaho. Our mission : We are uniting for Idahos youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. How will you impact our mission? Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of the opening of our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth, currently under construction at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idahos Treasure Valley.

Every member of the IYR works to contribute to the Programs and Services in their own way to make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.

Must Haves :

• Must be 25 years of age
• Must have a valid Idaho drivers license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of required notifications and procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency or unusual situation

Preferred :

Our Administrators on Duty :

Shifts needed : Full time, swing - 2 : 45pm - 11pm, 5 / 8s, at least one weekend day

As a 501(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information. This position is located in Idaho and candidates must be within a reasonable distance to our location.
