Job Title : Technical coordinator
Pay Rate : $18.50 / Hr on W2
Duration : 3 Month CTH
Location : - Mason OH 45040
Basic Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows able to trouble shoot application installs, windows machine system configurations (standard cpu and laptop)
- Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, basic hardware connectivity)
- Basic Hardware and software application trouble shooting skills
Looking for candidates with strong empathy skills / retail background preferred
- Our hours of operation are Monday Friday 8AM Midnight, Saturday 9AM 10PM, Sunday 10AM 9PM.
- When they start, training will run 10AM 6 : 30PM Monday Friday for the first 3 weeks they’re with the company, in-person.
Once training has been completed, they will go home and after 30 days will come back in for a week for uptraining.
After that, they will be on their new hire schedule. New Hires are able to select from a list of available shifts, Earliest shift is 9 : 30 6 : 00PM;
Latest is 11 : 30AM 7 : 30PM. Everyone works either Saturday or Sunday, but you will have consistent days off.
- They will be on the selected schedule until November
- After that, they will be integrated into our quarterly shift bid process. Our shift bids are performance based. This means that the order is determined based on how well they perform in their role.
The better they perform, the higher on the list they get to select a shift. We use the last full 90 days’ worth of metrics.
