We are seeking a Community Manager for our 148 unit Senior Community, Vintage Brook in Concord, CA. The Community Manager will report to the Regional Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule. We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience, $31-$33 per hour. The Community Manager will be required to reside at the Community to meet USA Multifamily Management Inc.'s legal obligation to provide on-site management personnel. An on-site 2-bedroom apartment will be provided at no charge.
