Receptionist
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., copying, filing, data entry)
- Assist with onboarding new employees (e.g., issuing badges, coordinating workspace setup)
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferredProven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
