Youll supervise staff, ensure members health and safety, and bring energy and compassion to every home you oversee. What Youll Do :

• Lead & Mentor Hire, train, and supervise direct support staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure Quality Living Oversee daily operations, budgets, and household needs, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Support Health & Safety Monitor medical needs, emergency preparedness, infection control, and medication administration.
• Be a Problem-Solver Respond to emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and keep things running smoothly.
• Champion Community Inclusion Plan and support activities that connect members to their community.
• Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with families, staff, and community partners, while maintaining accurate documentation.
