Seven Lakes Contracting Asphalt Services LLC is looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Supervisor / Operator to join our growing Field Operations team. This hands-on leadership role involves operating paving equipment and supervising asphalt paving projects from start to finish. Youll be responsible for ensuring the safe, high-quality application of asphalt for roads, parking lots, and other surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Key Responsibilities

Operate heavy asphalt paving machinery including pavers, rollers, and related equipment.

Supervise asphalt paving projects, ensuring crew efficiency and quality control.

Perform daily pre-operation inspections and routine equipment maintenance.

Read and interpret blueprints or site plans to ensure proper paving alignment and thickness.

Monitor material flow, spread rate, and surface smoothness for uniform application.

Maintain safety protocols and promote a safe working environment on all job sites.

Communicate effectively with team members and coordinate site logistics.

Adapt to changing weather, site conditions, and schedules as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in asphalt paving operations or a related field.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid drivers license required.

Mechanical aptitude and experience performing minor equipment maintenance.

Strong understanding of safety practices and DOT regulations.

Ability to interpret site plans and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and physical stamina.

Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
