Project Management Processes and Tools Leader

The Project Management Processes and Tools Leader will assume authorship and responsibility for all Project Management and Project Controls related processes and procedures. This leader will help create a standard work framework and lead the implementation of the toll gates starting with the Project Risk. This individual will review input from leadership that identifies gaps and resolve them with appropriate procedural updates and / or creation. Where processes are unclear or missing, this individual will coordinate the leadership team to shore up those processes / procedures. In addition to working the processes and procedures, this individual will advocate for and pursue appropriate tools to modernize the project management and project controls suite of capabilities.
The Leader will work closely with the Director of the PMO and the Program Assurance Lead to ensure gaps are identified and closed swiftly and effectively. This individual will act on behalf of the Director of the PMO in leading process improvement activities across Advanced Nuclear and ensure alignment with GE Nuclear processes.

The salary range for this position is $124,900 to $208,100 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% performance bonus.
