Summary of the Opportunity

Client Overview : We are hiring for a leading technology company specializing in Microsoft products and services.

Role Summary : As a Business Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive Surface for Business device sales by engaging strategic customers, collaborating with internal sales teams, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Drive Surface for Business device sales by engaging customers and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and qualify pipeline opportunities.
  • Provide demos and facilitate solution delivery to overcome blockers to purchase.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with North America Account Teams and support deal closure.
  • Manage pipeline and territory through business analysis, proactive customer engagement, and accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and optimize account performance.
  • Lead rhythm-of-business (ROB) meetings for account review and territory management.

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in business sales, preferably in small to medium businesses.
  • Experience in pipeline management and relationship building.
  • Strong product knowledge, ideally in Surface devices.
  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

  • BA or BS degree from a four-year accredited university.
  • Experience working with Enterprise and Education customers.
  • Ability to understand and solve business requirements for large device deals.
  • Experience demonstrating Surface devices or PCs to Commercial or Consumer customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
