We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead the development and implementation of systems engineering processes in support of our transition to a model-based digital environment. This individual will be responsible for building the foundational systems engineering framework as new models are introduced, guiding design engineers to better understand and apply systems thinking in their workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of system modeling—not just at the software level, but at a higher organizational level—ensuring that models align with the broader digital ecosystem. They will be instrumental in setting up the modeling environment, assessing software readiness, and integrating processes that support digital transformation. Coming from a DoD background and holding an active US Secret Clearance is a must have.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in System Engineering
• Familiar / understanding in model based system engineering
• CAMEO experience
• Leading and assessing a team of engineers
• Experience implementing system of systems
