Role Summary : Are you passionate about patient care and helping people live active lives? As a key member of the Field Services Leadership Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

We are seeking a strong leader with a passion for and patient care in an orthopedic setting and background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a Field Service Team Lead in Louisville, KY. This position directly manages a growing team of Field Service Representatives and is responsible for driving compliance and profitability of the Field Services portfolio. Key Responsibilities :

• The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
• Responsible for effectively managing the activities of direct reports and ensuring the organizations metrics continue to improve through individual development.
• Provides training to new FSRs on company policies, processes, and procedures, business channels, and proper functional brace measuring and fitting.
• Studies, analyzes, and reports on trends, and recommends opportunities to drive functional performance to deliver continuous improvement to financial, quality, and compliant outcomes.
• Supports, manages, and improves profitability of existing accounts.
• Serves as the primary source of account coverage for qualifying absences, leaves and vacations under the Field Services FSR Coverage Policy.
• Works in collaboration with FSRs and local Sales Representatives to identify opportunities to introduce new profitable company products to account(s) in a compliant / legal manner as well as creating project plans and managing new account launches.
• Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic / hospital, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.
