M-F: 5:30pm-7:30pm
Optional Additional Weekends [weekends include additional Bonus Pay!]

RBT Training & Certification Support
Guidance through the certification process
Hands on mentorship and supervision
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 in-home therapy under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans
Collect and enter data via CentralReach
Complete session notes and documentation
Collaborate with supervisors and team members
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies
Qualifications:
If Already Certified:
High School Diploma
Active RBT Certification
If Not Yet Certified (We’ll Help You Get There!):
High School Diploma
Willingness to complete RBT training and certification
Passion for working with children
Additional Requirements:
Reliable transportation & valid insurance
Strong communication skills
