Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Staff

Endodontic office seeking Experienced Customer Service Representative / Dental Front Desk Staff. We are high tech and paperless!

Our office hours are Monday through Friday.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TRUE RAY OF SUNSHINE - after all, the customer service representative is the first and last point of contact that our patients have with our team.

Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including :

• Maintenance of the records of patients.
• Scheduling of patients.
• Accounts receivable.
• Maintaining appearance and order of dental office.
• Presentation of financial treatment plan options.
• Recall / re-care system.
