We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate  Occupational Therapist ( OT )   to  join our skilled nursing facility in  New Brunswick, NJ .

New graduates are welcome  to  apply!  This is a great opportunity  to  begin  or  continue your  OT  career in a supportive, team-based environment.

Starting Rate : 40 / hr

Job Responsibilities :

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver goal-oriented therapy sessions focused on functional independence.

Collaborate with physical therapists, speech - language pathologists , and nursing staff.

Accurately document treatments and progress notes.

Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.

Requirements :

Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Jersey

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Positive attitude and professional work ethic.

Experience with  PointClickCare (PCC)  and  Net Health  is a plus, but not required—we’re happy  to  train .
