Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement and maintain web-based software applications using various internet technologies.
- Plan, review and complete the site architecture and the navigational user interface for assigned projects.
- Ensure the user experience is formulated to achieve client goals and objectives.
- Communicate project status (progress, delays, and completion) reliably and accurately through appropriate tools and processes.
- Provide application start-up assistance and staff training support for client projects.
- Perform various configuration tasks for financial institution clients individually and within a team to maintain, support and enhance the fiVISION products, sites and delivery mechanisms.
- Provide level 3 technical support through online, email and phone channels.
- Interact with clients and troubleshoot issues to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively manage client interactions to effectively resolve issues. Enlist support from others as appropriate or required.
- Other duties as assigned.
