They assist in managing patient care throughout the hospital stay to support quality outcomes and timely discharge.\n\nUsing the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—the Graduate Nurse : \n

• Coordinates care with other healthcare professionals\n
• Delegates appropriate tasks to Patient Care Assistants and Universal Support Assistants\n
• Provides select physical care within the scope of professional nursing, based on patient acuity and care needs\n

• Education : Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma, or BS / BSN from an accredited Nursing Program.\n
• Proof of Graduation : Submit either : \n
• An official transcript showing program completion, OR\n
• A letter from your Nursing Program Director stating you're eligible to take the NCLEX.\n\nRN Licensure Timeline\n
• You must pass the NCLEX and obtain RN licensure within 8 weeks of graduation.\n
• Upon passing, you will transition from Graduate Nurse (GN) to Registered Nurse (RN).\n\nWhat You'll Do (With RN Supervision)\n
