Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer with strong experience building scalable backend systems and proven exposure to mobile platform integrations . The ideal candidate will focus primarily on Java-based backend services , APIs, and microservices while collaborating closely with iOS and Android teams using Swift and Kotlin.

This role requires deep backend expertise combined with an understanding of how mobile applications consume backend services to deliver high-quality, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and modern frameworks.
• Build, enhance, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices supporting mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate closely with iOS and Android teams to ensure seamless backend integration with Swift and Kotlin applications.
• Participate across the full software development lifecycle : requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure backend systems meet performance, security, reliability, and scalability standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Conduct code reviews , enforce coding standards, and promote backend best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UI / UX .
• Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and documentation .
