A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for their Merchant Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, long-term adoption, and revenue growth
Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans with customers to drive growth and retention
Advocate for customers by collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with business strategy
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a SaaS-based Customer Success role
Background in Merchant Services with experience in a payment Acquirer, Payfac, and / or ISO environment
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field
Strong customer focus with a commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs
Ability to adapt to complex problems and work collaboratively across teams
