Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments function efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance guest satisfaction and profitability. Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements accordingly. Maintain a strong presence on the floor to engage with guests and team members, providing direct support and leadership. Collaborate with senior management to develop and achieve strategic goals and key performance indicators. Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding guest service. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for all operational departments. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations. Serve as a key point of contact between all departments and external partners or vendors. Qualifications : Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally within hotel operations. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and mentor team members. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure. Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to drive sales and profitability. High-level understanding of hospitality management software and MS Office Suite. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.
