Payroll Specialist - Multi-State

A company is looking for a Payroll Processor to lead full-cycle, multi-state payroll operations for clients using UKG Ready.

Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll execution, including time tracking, calculations, and paycheck preparation

Serve as the primary contact for client payroll inquiries and maintain high satisfaction scores

Identify and recommend process improvements while collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications

Deep experience with UKG Ready and full-cycle payroll processing

Familiarity with agricultural payroll and Form 943 requirements

Comfortable with digital tools and remote communication platforms

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work Pacific Time hours as needed
