• Implement and monitor patient care plans.\n
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.\n
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.\n
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.\n
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.\nRequirements\n\nLicensure / Certification / Registration : \n
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart\nAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.\n
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date\nor job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of\nNursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained\nprior to hire date or job transfer date required.\n
• Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.\n\nEducation : \n
