A fast-growing long-term care group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner in a nursing home located in Union City, NJ.
Responsibilities :
Full scope of primary care including new admissions, follow up visits etc.
Requirements :
- Active NP license in the state of NJ
- DEA license
- 1+ year experience working as an NP
- Nursing home experience- highly preferred
