Key Responsibilities :

• Craft and maintain an impactful social media presence across various digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing strategies to meet ROI and KPI targets.
• Identify market trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and allocate resources effectively.
• Innovate new growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct and evaluate experiments and conversion tests to drive maximum impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience and create compelling landing pages.
• Utilize robust analytical skills to evaluate customer experiences across multiple touchpoints and channels.
• Implement and optimize user funnels and conversion points.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, providing insights for adoption where applicable.
• Manage SEO / SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns effectively.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in digital marketing with hands-on experience in managing SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify and engage target audiences through digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience conducting A / B and multivariate experiments.
• Strong knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends.
• Familiarity with ad serving tools and Google AdWords campaigns.
• Analytical prowess with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
