Job Summary :

Structured Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Fractional IT Technician to join our team. In this role, youll provide on-site IT support to designated clients on specific days each weekacting as their trusted, go-to technical resource. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded IT professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems hands-on, and working in a variety of business environments.

This position is part-time with the potential to expand to full-time as client demand grows.

Fractional IT provides businesses with dedicated technical expertise on a part-time or scheduled basis. Instead of working for one company full-time, youll support several organizations, spending certain days each week on-site with each client. This model gives clients reliable, consistent IT support while offering you variety, independence, and the chance to make a direct impact across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for assigned clients on scheduled days.
• Provide hands-on support for desktops, servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Perform proactive maintenance, system updates, and hardware / software installations.
• Implement and document IT solutions following company and client standards.
• Collaborate with Structureds internal team for escalations and project coordination.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client systems, assets, and support activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professionalism, reliability, and clear communication.
