TemperaturePro is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Research Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will apply advanced analytical methods and optimization techniques to improve our operational processes, enhance decision-making, and support strategic initiatives. This role plays a key part in leveraging data and modeling tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze complex operational problems and develop mathematical models to identify optimal solutions.

Utilize operations research techniques such as linear programming, simulation, forecasting, and statistical analysis.

Develop and maintain decision-support systems and dashboards to aid management and operational teams.

Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments to support strategic planning.

Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at various levels.

Continuously monitor key performance indicators and suggest process enhancements.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

Proven experience in applying operations research methodologies to real-world business problems.

Proficiency with analytical software tools such as Excel, MATLAB, R, Python, or specialized OR software (e.g., CPLEX, Gurobi).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
