About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment , ideally with a proven track record of helping scale companies to $15M+ in revenue . This role is designed for a doer — someone who thrives on execution, can roll up their sleeves, and drive results, not just delegate. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, eager to make a transformational contribution , and motivated by the opportunity to be part of a growth journey to success.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
• Oversee and collaborate with external agencies while holding them accountable for performance.
• Manage digital ad strategy (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.), testing, and creative optimization.
• Drive D2C growth strategies in e-commerce, including acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
• Own analytics and KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention to inform decision-making.
• Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
