• Supervise and mentor a team of claims adjusters handling WC Claims.
• Monitor claim files for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory and client standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff on claim handling procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze claim trends and assist in developing strategies to improve outcomes.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation in accordance with company and client protocols.
