Senior Technical Account Manager (Software Services | Sales Focus)

The Senior Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. Works closely with Director of Strategic Accounts to create strategies for selling highly technical solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating projects, liaising between clients and technical teams, handling escalations, and contributing to sales efforts by identifying opportunities for account growth and development.
Qualifications :
- Account Management and Sales experience
- In depth knowledge of AI / LLM technologies and use cases
- Must understand software development lifecycle
- Has experience selling software services to software product companies or enterprises
- Experience in software quality engineering or a related industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
The Ideal Teammate Must :
Educational and Professional Requirements : Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting within medium to large software development companies, with a strong understanding of QA workflows, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle.Sales Experience : Demonstrated success in a sales role (inbound, mid-funnel, Sales Engineer, or Account Executive) with a proven track record of closing deals or contributing significantly to sales success; full-cycle sales experience is an advantage.Solution-Oriented Mindset : Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, helping clients recognize how our solutions cater to their specific needs.Results-Driven and Organized : Strong capability in managing multiple complex sales cycles, achieving revenue objectives, and delivering results within a fast-paced environment.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance (QA) concepts, including manual and automated testing methodologies is required.Salary Range :
