Director Clinical Programs
The Director of Clinical Programs directs, coordinates and controls the multi-disciplinary activities for surgical services.
The Director Clinical Programs will utilize their comprehensive clinical and leadership expertise to support and grow the service line.
In addition to overseeing departmental operations and budgetary duties, this role oversees the creation and implementation of a long-term vision for the various departments that make up the service line.

The Director of Clinical Programs responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Directs, coordinates and controls the multi-disciplinary activities for the service line.
- Responsible for the interpretation, direction, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based practices and standardization of protocols for clinical programs to enhance safety, quality of care, efficiencies, experience, access and cost-effectiveness.
- Reviews and aggregates clinical data and outcomes to identify clinical trends and best practices to develop and drive program strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with operations leaders, clinical leaders and physicians to successfully integrate clinical program strategies.
- Develops, communicates, implements and monitors standardize metrics to measure success of clinical programs, consistent with ongoing reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrates the primary goal of providing appropriate patient care services that exceed customer expectations, improve clinical care, and increase quality outcomes.
- Collaborates with service line medical director(s) to ensure an aligned dyadic focus for the service line. Reports to the leader as assigned.

- Masters Degree in Nursing with 5 years or more of clinical experience in Perioperative or related area.
- Current RN license. OR Masters Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field with 5 years or more experience leading a surgical program.
