Employment in this position is contingent upon a satisfactory Level 1 fingerprint background check at no cost to the candidate, prior to hire.
Office hours are from 8 : 00 A.M. to 5 : 00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Not eligible for telework.

Position Overview and Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of the basic principles of procurement. Skill in performing basic mathematical calculations, oral and written communications, use of a personal computer and spreadsheet and word processing software and demonstrated excellent customer service. Ability to understand and solve complex problems, interpret and follow complex rules, policies and procedures; show initiative, follow-through and work accurately with details, establish and maintain effective professional relationships; enter, gather and summarize data and prepare written reports.
