Your mission is to support the lead editor in crafting viral, high-retention compilation videos that get millions of views. Core Competencies

Premiere Pro Mastery : Minimum 2 years of experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro with high-level efficiency and technical fluency.

Detail Obsession : You never miss a single detail. You check, double-check, and then check again. Your work is pixel-perfect and error-free.

Organization Machine : Your timelines, folders, assets, and project files are meticulously organized at all times.

Work Ethic : You will do whatever it takes to hit deadlines.

Passion for YouTube : You live and breathe YouTube content. You love the platform, understand what makes a video perform, and consume it constantly.

Growth Mindset : You’re a fast learner and thrive on feedback and iteration.

Self-Sufficiency : With little to no context provided, you can solve problems independently and execute tasks without oversight.

Graphics Ability (A PLUS) : After Effects or motion graphics skills are a strong plus.

Key Outcomes

OUTCOME #1 : Do whatever it takes (graphics, file management, quality control, etc.) to support lead editor(s) in achieving millions of views per month on each channel.

OUTCOME #2 : Deliver 4+ fully QC’d compilation videos per week, on or before their deadlines.

OUTCOME #3 : Each video is delivered with zero oversight , zero rounds of notes , and zero errors , every time.
