Description

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Assist and engage with our customers via inbound calls.
  • Collaborates with our internal teams from other departments to ensure that customers receive excellent service at all touchpoints.
  • Researches product and order information for customers.

The best candidates will have at least 12 months of customer-facing experience. You should also have :
