Description
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Assist and engage with our customers via inbound calls.
- Collaborates with our internal teams from other departments to ensure that customers receive excellent service at all touchpoints.
- Researches product and order information for customers.
The best candidates will have at least 12 months of customer-facing experience. You should also have :
