HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will report to the HR Manager and be involved in the development and implementation of strategic HR programs in partnership with the plant leadership. This role will partner with leadership and the HR Manager in the following areas : performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, engagement, supervisory coaching, change management, and other ad hoc HR projects. The role has oversight for all site Human Resources administrative processes and payroll and will use a data driven approach to help drive the people related strategy. They will ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and compliance with all laws / statutes regulating the employment relationship.

Business Partnering

• Deploy systematic and sustainable human capital solutions aligned to the business strategy that helps drive profitable growth.
• Act as a trusted business partner by providing coaching and direction on human capital matters.
• Deliver on core HR processes within client group, supporting managers and team members to deliver timely and effective solutions and outcomes.
• Proactively advise clients on company policies, practices, and other pertinent matters.
