Inspire Brands' Alliance Kitchen is a first-of-its-kind innovation kitchen concept that brings together the best of Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, SONIC, and Jimmy John'sall under one roof. Designed exclusively for take-out and third-party delivery, Alliance Kitchen is a hub of operational innovation and efficiency, redefining how we serve guests and develop talent. As the General Manager, you'll lead this nontraditional non guest facing, multi-brand facility with a bold vision for the future of food service. You'll oversee day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across all four brands, driving financial performance, team development, and brand integrity. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering high-performing, cross-functional teams. You'll also play a critical role in shaping Inspire's next-generation restaurant modelwhere technology, streamlined operations, and leadership growth come together to create what's next in the industry.
Top Responsibilities :
1. Drive Operational and Financial Performance :
Lead restaurant operations to achieve sales growth and profitability targets. Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that maximize revenue, control costs, and ensure operational excellence.
2. Provide Leadership, Coaching, and Support :
Partner with restaurant leaders through regular business reviews and coaching conversations. Address performance exceptions, provide operational guidance, and develop management capabilities to drive consistent execution across all brands.
3. Build and Maintain High-Performing Teams :
Ensure restaurants are fully staffed with skilled, friendly, and motivated team members. Oversee recruiting, training, and scheduling practices to maintain optimal labor efficiency and strong employee engagement.
4. Ensure Exceptional Guest Experience and Brand Standards :
Elevate restaurant performance by reinforcing Safety First procedures and excellence in product quality, friendliness, cleanliness, accuracy, and speed of service. Conduct Area Operations Reviews (AORs) on schedule to measure compliance and performance improvement.
5. Develop Future Leaders and Strengthen the Talent Pipeline :
Build a strong bench of "A" players by effectively executing training and development programs. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and operational expertise that supports long-term business sustainability.
